First Watch - Flower Mound

After a lovely morning of soccer, my family was unsure about what to eat. The perfect solution? First Watch! They offer a fantastic breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu along with refreshing juice beverages. We were able to cater to everyone's different tastes. The service was excellent, and to my surprise, we had a short wait (I was expecting 20 to 30 minutes). Now we're all full and ready for a nap. Thank you, First Watch!

The food at First Watch is consistently excellent, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Our waitress accidentally forgot to bring us our purple haze drinks, although it was noted on our ticket. When I requested to have it removed, she returned with two purple haze drinks for us on her next visit. One of our meals was supposed to come with bacon, but we were served sausage instead. She noticed the mistake right away and quickly brought us the bacon. While waiting to be seated, I observed another customer who had been waiting a long time for her meal. When it finally arrived, the hostess stated, “This one is on us; sorry for the long wait.” It's easy to overlook any negatives when the staff addresses issues so promptly and effectively.

I had a fantastic brunch this morning with my wife. Our waitress, Marilyn (also known as Maddie), was exceptional. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, she took the time to ensure that my wife and I had everything we needed. The food was quite good, and the juice was incredible!

Please get the short rib poutine. It’s seriously AMAZING. The French toast with fruit is also good, plus we had an order of the million dollar bacon. Flavor-wise it was good, but wish the bacon had been cooked a bit more, they were limp and when something dripping with maple syrup it’s a bit messy to eat when it’s flipping around lol. The cinnamon roll was also really good! We will DEFINTIELY be back for the poutine!

Excellent way to start the day! I had the AM Superfoods bowl and it was super! Excellent service. Lovely place. Very clean.
