Írjon visszajelzéstMy mom had the worst customer service at this location yesterday 11/18/2021. She bought two drinks and received the two free holiday cups. She tried to buy one more drink and asked if it also qualified for the holiday cup and the employee at the register was very rude he told her yes but that she couldn’t get anymore because the limit was 2. My mom then told him he had sold 4 drinks to the lady in front of her and she got 4 free holiday cups. He again was rude and told her that they didn’t have enough cups and they would run out if he did that. My mom was not only upset but embarrassed to be treated that way. I don’t know why, if he wanted to strictly follow the policy, he bent the rules for one customer but not my mom. I’m disgusted to hear she was treated poorly when she was a PAYING customer.
It's a shame that I can only give this Starbucks one star. I go often to this Tom Thumb location. I have no issues with Tom Thumb but the employees that work at this Starbuck location are rude and lack any manners. I've been here a few times and the manager is a cranky unhappy individual. I will be avoiding this Starbucks in the future.
This Starbucks has the the rudest people working there. The gentleman that I believe is the manager there seriously lacks customer service etiquette. I’m there often and it’s the same mannerism from him and the people that work along side look terrified of him. I’ll shop at the Tom Thumb but I’ll skip the latte.
Drinks are amazing. Just pricy. Would love to seem some specials. However, I'm living the option of coconut milk almond milk.
The restaurant was supposed to open at 6:30, but when I arrived, there was no one around. I asked an employee at Tom Thumb when they would be open, but unfortunately, they said that a staff member hadn't arrived yet. They didn’t specify who that person was, which was quite frustrating! If I hadn’t been waiting, I would have realized that the restaurant wasn’t actually open. The disappointing part is that I wasn't the only one waiting; there were three other customers also expecting service. If the business is struggling, it might be time for management to take a closer look at employee availability. Additionally, the hours of operation should definitely be updated, as 6:00 clearly isn't accurate.
