Taco Bell - Flower Mound

Not here! Surprises this location stays in business!!!! My first visit and last. Not impressed!!!! Worst Taco Bell in Flower Mound. Worst food. No effort. My taco was smoothed, the whole bag couldn't come to him. And the so-called burrito shatters like a queen without meat. If I wanted a queen, I would have ordered one. The guy who claimed to be the manager in service is a very disturbed, hostile and argumenting person. Would never think he's a manager of any kind, the rudest and unprofessional managers I've treated honestly. He gave me a hard time to get my refund back. I had to ask for it at least three times. He thought I didn't know Spanish and he went to his staff about me and my complaint. And even add the story. OMG so awkward!!! Sit me with them wow!!! So respectful!!!!

I'm not asking for a salad you give me salad, I'm not asking for any sour cream you give sour cream. Is it really hard to get a simple order right?

Half of my Beefy Melt Burrito was ice cold, literally ice chunks in it... other side was barely warm.

Horrible !! I will stop going here. Qality of the food is worst. They always mess up the order and i have to throw the food.Please check your food, before you leave this place especially if pickup is by drive through.Cheese quesdilla pic below

Delicious! Everything was perfectly prepared. Best Taco Bell I’ve eaten in a while!
