Tomo Sushi - Flower Mound

Enjoyed lunch at Tomo for the first time today. What a pleasant surprise! Nice atmosphere, great service, affordable prices and amazing food. Freshest sushi I've had in a long time! Looking forward to our next visit :

This is our go to sushi place. Always great, fresh and lots of choices. Staff are great. So BYOB if that is your thing. They also have priceless roles for those looking to keep carbs low. They are delicious!

If you don’t want to hug a toilet all day, don’t come here. Appetizer was fine, no rice roll fine, but the sashimi came out warm, I was concerned about it because I am familiar with the restaurant business and am cautious of food temps. That was a huge red flag to me as we were dining. We agreed we wouldn’t be back after the meal. Lo and behold food poisoning today. Not surprised but definitely disappointed by this establishment. The servers were sweet though.

This is our favorite place to get sushi from or a quick lunch. All of the people giving bad reviews clearly don't eat enough sushi to know any better or understand how restaurants work. Tomo has THEE friendliest staff that is so accommodating. Their food is always fresh and well prepared, the place is always clean, and the ambiance is soothing. The consistency is what keeps us coming back. My favorite is their chicken katsu bento, tomo roll, and fire dragon roll. My husband also loves their sashimi and udon. They do advertise that they are BYOB and to ask them for more details if you need, so all these people mad about not wanting to bring their own are ridiculous because it's not uncommon for BYOB to be a thing. If you want great sushi with a sweet staff that truly cares about their customers AND their experience, you need to try this place! It will not disappoint.
