El Sombrero - Flowery Branch

I've been in Flowery Branch, Georgia for a couple of weeks and had been avoiding this restaurant because someone mentioned it wasn't very good. I should never have listened to that! This place is fantastic. Jesus is an excellent server as well. The chips and salsa were amazing, and I also tried the steak street tacos; the steak was so tender and the tortillas were fresh. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. Don't hesitate, and definitely ask for Jesus!

The food was fantastic, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was well-maintained and clean. The restrooms were tidy, though they could use some updates and better lighting. Our server was very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return! My only complaint was that the steak and chicken on our fajitas were slightly overcooked and a bit dry. The steak was a little too charred for my taste, but we managed to finish everything. Overall, it was delicious!

The food was the worst Mexican cuisine I've ever tasted. The salsa was mostly just tomato, the beans were terrible, and the rice was unpleasant as well. The pork was dry. I can confidently say that the next time I'm in Flowery Branch, I won't be dining there again.

We ordered fajitas and they were good, not bad at all. Sangria was tasty also. The chips were broken pieces for the most part. And the fajitas for two came with three wraps. I asked for one more and they brought out another foil of three and charged $1.50. That doesn't make sense to me. It wasn't a bad experience, it just could have been better with a little more attention to details.

Ask for Chuy! Excellent service with this guy! Food is always great. Atmosphere is bright and happy Vegetarian options: Mushroom quesadillas are soooo good. One of my faves!
