Amore Fine Italian Cuisine

Sometimes I'm the guy who will ask our waitress to have the cook to make me their favorite dish whatever it could be! I love trying new things that I find when I choose a favorite, I will try nothing new some time and only order this dish. So I have to force myself to try something new – who might know the next dish is what I will love, even more? Last night, the woman visited one of our new favorite places. “Amore’ Fine Italian Cuisine” at the Highlander Point in Floyds Knobs. I absolutely LOVE their aubergines parmigiana – and as expected as soon as I found them, I generally order this. But I decided to turn the wheel to buy a vowel, told our waiter “I love all Italian, ask the cook to surprise me his favorite!” I think he was a bit surprised by my question, but well agreed to do this, and so we waited. What came out was the best possible combination of my favorites – I mean seriously, the number of tick marks I checked by my personal favorites on this one record was amazing! I guess I expected a pasta-based spicy seafood size that I would have loved. But that was not presented. This dish, I was said, was a “out” – not something that is on the menu, but something that he threw together for me to enjoy. Beef medals with Marsala sauce. Three words. Oh, my word. The steak was a perfect medium, covered with onions, mushrooms Arugula salad, the combination of these spices was perfect. Needless to say, I am hopeful that he puts this on the menu. At $21.00 it was worth every cent and if allowed, I will eventually force myself to try something else but not for now! No – they only have an article in the menu, as far as I am concerned! Amore’ Fine Italian Cuisine, if it ever had to be, the “last meal” was incredible. Hold it!

My wife and I just had our first meal here. I usually eat half a meal and take the other half home. It was so good, I ate everything before I could stop. I'm so full. Our waiter Chris was excellent, along with all the staff. I recommend this restaurant. The only negative was the music a little loud, and not the right genre for an Italian restaurant, but the food and service made more than for them.

I know Al Papsodero, and once again he doesn't disappoint! Best meal I have had for years. I had the special of the day cod in lemon and ginger sauce. I wanted to lick my plate clean. We had the mozzarella logs to start and they were amazing. My friend had the lamb and pronounced it exquisite! Will definitely be back for many more visits. Plus they have the most generous wine pour I have ever seen. Cannot recommend it enough. Kudos Al. x

This place is the Bomb ! We are so fortunate to have a place like this here in the Knobs ! Tracy and I love the food and the vibe. Sit in the dining room for quiet conversation or have dinner at the double Bar and hang out with Amos. Not only is the food and bar amazing but the home made deserts are a must . Tracy loves the Seafood Stew and I rotate throughout the menu . Every meal has been a great experience.

Great anniversary dinner tonight with my hubby!! Al hit a home run with the entree’s; and Chris was a fabulous server who happens to make killer desserts!!! Highlight: The Caesar salad was by far the best I’ve ever had. And the Bourbon sour apple caramel blended drink #wow We will be back!!!!! Wonderful service!
