Amazing, fresh ingredients. Great selection of things to put into your poke bowl. Place is immaculately clean, right down to the men's room. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. 5 stars across the board Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
By far the best poke bowls!!! Every time we try them somewhere else, we always regret it compared to here! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Poke
Ambiance: It's okay. Food: Most of the boba we got was not bad, but not the best. Service: The other day we went and ordered a few drinks. Most were fine, not the best, as usual, but we are not expecting much in rural Pennsylvania. One of our drinks was really bad the color was off, it looked strange, my kid could not drink it. Then I tried it and again, it tasted strange, and not drinkable. We asked to exchange it for something else and they tell us we need to pay for another drink. I say, we already paid for this drink and its not good (plus, as we all know, boba is not cheap I'm not paying for a $5 $8 drink and then just throwing it in the garbage to get another. I want what I paid for). The bottom line is, they had no interest is fixing the drink, no curiosity as to why the drink was bad, no desire to check or figure out why its gross, just complete confidence that we were the problem, and since we chose the drink, then we should stand by it and drink it or pay for another. My whole thing is.. okay if you are concerned about the money more than a satisfied customer, then great, that's what you'll get. You'll get a few dollars now, but you'll lose all the drinks I would have bought the next several weeks, months, and years for my kids, all my kids friends, my nephews and nieces, etc. I don't have many choice for Boba in this area, but now, there's one place I'm not planning to return to. The principal is, as a business owner, if someone disliked what I was giving them, I would be wondering why. I would want to fix it or check my recipe. Maybe the customer isn't the issue, maybe its the drink i've got on the menu. Seriously, I should be able to stand by anything i put on a menu. There's, of course, taste (we all have different taste), and I get that, but there's also just plain QUALITY. And this particular drink was a over sugared, strawberry milk that tasted like stale syrup with watery milk. Not appetizing to anyone. To me, what makes me return over and over to a restaurant or cafe is the service and the quality, the human interaction, not the business transaction.
