Edgar Sushi Uramakeria - FOLIGNO

Definitely one of the best sushi/fusions

This small place that you wouldn’t give him a look-out lira gives his joys. Few tables and very simple but the sushi is very good. Also regarding the wine card and the price quality nothing bad!I recommend absolutely if you are in Foligno!! !

We ate at Edgar sushi quite a few times , its a tiny hole in the wall restaurant so reservations are a must . Yesterday I made a reservation for that night and we arrived on time. To our great dismay we where told that all tables where reserved and the only table for us was two bar stools next to the toilet room , the couple who worked there showed no inclination To offer a solution and were extremely insolent and disinterested . We of course left . A quick search took us to “Dude sushi” a five minute walk , a far larger and more accomodating restaurant.

I'm used to eat at Japanese sushi restaurant while traveling and I was a little perplexed at the beginning looking at this small restaurant I was wrong and I'm happy to got in as I had a very tasty and somehow different dinner The dishes were all excellent and well presented The young waiter has been very helpful and keen I recommend it
