Riso Sorriso - FOLLONICA

Great food matched with very friendly and efficient service. What more could you ask for ? Well the icing on the cake is absolutely fantastic deserts as quite a few reviewers have already commented upon. Heavenly! Only a short walk from the sea front but very much feels like a normal neighborhood restaurant not a tourist trap. Great choice for families as the children can have (very good) pizza if they don't feel like being adventurous with the seafood. Has a small but sensible and well priced wine list along with good advice. An unpretentious but excellently run place based on our experience. The good reviews are well justified. Typical of all that is good about restaurants in Italy.

During our stay at Follonica, Riso e Sorriso quickly became our favorite restaurant. Freshly cooked delicious seafood dishes. Had THE MOST TASTY Octopus! Reasonable prices for the high quality, staff super friendly. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back when next in the city.

It has been a lovely surprise to discover this nice place, which doesn’t have vegan dishes on the menu, but has been ready to adapt and create a vegan menu on demand. We really appreciated! Moreover wine was great and I had good feedbacks on fish too : we’ll come again for sure.

The best pasta you can eat and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice. I am sure that i will return with love to this restaurant because it is a good place to spend an evening with your family or friends.
