Írjon visszajelzéstExcellent customer service. I was on vacation in Charleston, SC and came to Folly Beach specifically because I saw there were bike rentals. Originally, I went to a business a few blocks away that wouldn't pick up the phone. I found Matty and his company Cool Breeze and contacted him to see if he had a bike and trailer for my dog. All of his trailers were occupied for the next 2 weeks, but he still managed to borrow one from his neighbor because he knew I was leaving town the next day and that bike rentals were the reason I came to Folly Beach. He also knew this was my dog's first time in a bike trailer, so after he helped me secure my dog into the trailer (which he filmed on my request, because I wanted the dog training footage), he rode with me for the first few blocks just to make sure we were safe and satisfied. Matty went out of his way to help me during the off season, including advice about the safest roads with low traffic and dog-friendly parks and restaurants. In the short time I dealt with him, I witnessed him greet probably 10 pedestrians that he knew personally and by name. I heard the full stories for the bad reviews you might see here, and those reviews aren't 100% transparent. This guy is honest, caring, friendly, and authentic.
Good luck. Wish this place would’ve worked out. Day 1, walked to meet the owner. Told him I wanted to rent bike for my wife, my two boys, and myself. Told him I’d be back that afternoon and what time, he asked me to leave a message reminding him of what we needed. When I returned the owner had left for the day. When he finally called me back he profusely apologized for forgetting. Told me to try again the next day.The next day I left another message at 11. When I arrived at the arraigned time, we caught the owner leaving on his moped. Said he wasn’t working that day.I’m sure somebody at some point has rented a bike from this gentleman, but luck seems to be the deciding factor. Don’t make plans on this fella. He’ll have other tourists when he shows back up.

If I could give zero stars I would, horrible customer service. The person I spoke with hung up on me.
I called this place a total of 7 times. Left a voicemail. They finally texted me “I have been and will be closed till 10 am tomorrow. I see i had missed many calls .”I only called during open hours. So we showed up around 11 the next day and nobody was there. We called and nobody answered. I texted and nobody answered. Pathetic. Useless. Take your business off of google if you aren’t actually in the business of renting bikes.
