Saz's Sports And Grill - Folsom

Very unorganized. There is a sign to seat yourself when you walk in, but there is no menu posted, no menus at the table, and I only saw one person behind the bar. The staff aren't in uniforms so it was hard to distinguish who actually worked there. I stood at the bar for a while trying to get noticed so I could ask for menus but no one acknowledged me. My friend found some tucked up against the wall so we took them and sat down. I asked a young guy who appeared to work there for some waters which we never got. Then we noticed a guy taking orders for tables that arrived after us. We asked if we could order and he said he had other tables to get to first even though they came in after us. My group felt very unwelcomed. By the time they actually took our order, it took a long time to come out and we had to repeatedly ask for waters. Food was okay, but not as expected. My Cobb salad didn't have an egg. Overall the service was very awkward and the food was just ok. We will not be returning.

Came in last night with mom and husband,Fri around 5:30 sat outside near lots and lots of families with kids. Band was old school we really enjoyed their music. Mom and I got slider husband got pork snadwhich. Food was cold. Pork sliders were still tasty all agreed fries were amazing. Not sure I'd come back unless others wanted to go

The Canyon grill and Alehouse is located in a small shopping center on the edge of Lincoln. Conveniently located within walking distance for those who live in the surrounding neighborhoods. The service was good and so was the food. The others in our party ordered the burger (not pictured) which was towering over 6 inches tall. It was no joke. I ordered a HALF Cobb salad which was still loaded with goodies and was more food than I can eat. Overall a really solid option if you're in the area. My only critique is that the music inside was unbearable because it was so loud. I could see cranking the volume in the late evenings but was surprised given the time of day we stopped by Luckily it was nice enough we were able to eat outside.

They lost me at COCKROACHES! NASTY! READ BEFORE YOU EAT HERE! From the Sac County Food Inspection report from 10/31/2023! Observed numerous dead cockroaches at several locations around kitchen area and one live cockroach on the floor around dish washer area. Operator stated he is on transition to take over the restaurant from current owner and aggressively treating facility with professional pest control service. Continue aggressive pest control treatment. Clean/pressure wash floors and walls through out kitchen area. Plug holes and seal gaps. Correct all within 3 days. Full report: [hidden link]

Great bar and restaurant for fun and dancing. The drinks very well made and the restaurant has great salads. Drinks are well priced and customer service was great.
