Xixón Spanish - Fontainebleau

Second time coming here and was as disappointed as the last when it comes to the food. Both times we had great service and the actual restaurant is very nice. But from a food perspective, it 's just not all that great. We had some menu issues (two different menus with different prices and a lot of things not available) which was frustrating. But the items they did have available were nothing to write home about. In fact, I can 't recall anything being great it was all just okay. Lots of grease in general. Portions were good though. Can 't say I 'd be back.

This is a great place with indoor and outdoor dining, great wine and food selection and an attentive staff. The only drawback is parking, get there 20 minutes earlier to seek for one.

We was a group of 43, the atmosphere was great, they had live music with a great singer, very interactive with the guest, made it allot of fun. The food was good for me. and the service was good for the amount of people we were.

The bread tasted like the frozen one they sell at Costco. The goat cheese was chalky and the octopus was chewy. We also ordered artichokes and they came out of a can. The house wine was ok.

If you’re in the mood for authentic Spanish food, this is the place. Great flavors, food options and service. Be on the lookout at the time of payment. If one is not paying attention, tip is included in the final total, but you may become confused. On the bill there is section named tip chart. If you don’t pay attention, you don’t realize it’s an additional tip and you will give the waiter a 40 percent tip. Of course the waiter didn’t say anything until I questioned it and because it’s a benefit to them. I felt as if it was deceptive on the part of the restaurant.
