Here's garbage. Listen to the reviews, it's rough and not worth it. We ordered pancakes and asked for additional butter and got 2 pack of butter Lol. They were dry and chew. Big no NO.

Use this place years ago, well I was hungry going through the drive thru. At the window ask for 13 bucks the pastrami is big, oh yes very big. Just go home to find very little meat, some bites I only have bread. The order of my wife Patty simply didn't melt good pommes looked old, I was the reason for this old cooking oil and a small part, not that they ate from them. I called what happened to the big pastrami, maybe it was a children's sandwich. You said you want more pastrami you have to pay more and the fries. It's really bad about the whole situation. Maybe new owners, but the food is bad. jacking up the price give you less is not the way to go. You need to increase the prices you do to keep the amount and quality equal. I'm sure the cooking oil had to be changed for the pommes. They give other Toms a bad reputation. To take it back it was not worth it because it's posture on the phone. Only the situation would have been worse. Whoever owns that Toms must rethink his plan to save money. Happy customers means they will be back and bring others, unfortunate customers will not be back and tell others not to go waist your money.

Bad bad service, the employees have no idea what some of the dishes come with. Not friendly at all specially the drive thru girl. No cucumbers for salad, small portion size on fry?s and onion rings for the prize. ATM not in service ONLY CASH in big letters. Careful ordering the turkey wrap they have i the menu twice with different prizes. Cashier was unsure why. But will charge you the more expensive one. Refills are $1.50 for small with increment of a dollar per size. Be careful drive thru cashier charges more for refills than the cashier. Not interested in coming back.

I haven't been here in years but it's gone way down since before. I got chili cheese fries and I was shocked at how thin the foam plate is. I took one bite and I was at the bottom. I had ordered a thousand island for my fries under my chili and I promise that wasn't an issue one bite and your at the bottom. The chili has no seasoning and was very bland. The small thousand island was .35c which like a quarter is fine with me but why such an odd number just seemed greedy. The thousand island is also crazy sweet which I get is usually a bit sweet but it's like this was a cheap knockoff to normal thousand island.. Sadly I won't be back hopefully the Tom's up the street is still good because this one gives Tom's a bad name. Noticed the reviews are down and the owner response is immature. Included pictures so you can see I'm not crazy but I was so disappointed I had to share.
