When I got home, I discovered they hadn’t included my cookie and had made the wrong sandwich. I drove all the way back to the location, wasting both my time and gas, to inform them of the correct sandwich. The girl at the counter told me it looked like they had undercharged me, so I needed to pay the difference. I explained that it was their mistake and that I had to return due to their error, so they should absorb the cost. Her response shocked me: “If you’re not paying, I’ll gladly eat your sandwich, then.” How rude! Where was the customer service in that? A better response would have been an apology along with a question like, “I’m sorry for the mistake, but I’ll still need to charge you the 95 cents for the avocado—would that be okay?” Anything would have been better than her dismissive reply, especially given her tone, which completely killed my appetite. I begrudgingly paid the 95 cents, even though they forgot my cookie again, which I had to ask for twice. I feel that most businesses would have waived that charge since it was their fault—maybe even offered a complimentary cookie as a gesture of goodwill. The attitude I received was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. I left the location feeling really upset, especially since I hadn’t complained or been rude about the order being wrong. It's frustrating that they responded to my patience with rudeness. I feel like I shouldn’t have had to pay for their mistake. Subway, you’ve really disappointed a customer. I regret not getting the girl’s name, but this happened at the Forest Grove location on Friday around 6:20 PM, and she seemed to be in charge at the time.
The sandwiches often come with less filling than I requested, and the staff has difficulty taking and preparing orders accurately. However, I wouldn't say this place is terrible overall; it gets the job done. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.

This is the 3rd time an online order incorrect. Our order was delivered through the Subway app. Order was completely inaccurate, wrong bread, no extra cheese that was paid for, ignored ingredients. My husband drove the sandwiches back to the store, asked for the sandwiches to be made correctly, and for a refund for delivery fees. The people working had to call the owner, owner’s response was to refund the whole order and keep the sandwiches really?! Husband said so now I’m out my time and have no food? Wow. Owner said she’d refund delivery fee, hasn’t done so also paid fees and a tip. Employees proceeded to help other people who came in after him. We’re done with this location.
