Papoui's Brick Oven Pizza

Ordered linguine with white clam sauce and shrimp scampi. Neither one was very good. both were saturated in butter. (no butter in white clam sauce). there was so much butter than neither dish tasted like what was ordered. the shrimp were overcooked and tough. caveat Emptor.

The chicken was ok. Portions were decent size. I ordered my sandwich plain just cheese. No dressings, or lettuce tomato etc and they charged me an extra 11.17 ! As soon as I got the email they said they couldnt cancel the order. So i got charged an extra 11.17 for a plain sandwich. I called the restaurant and they said thats not their fault. Uhhhhh....

Ordered a white pie. Their site clearly states mozzarella, ricotta cheese fresh garlic . Our pie had absolutely NO garlic. Their response to the problem: Oh. Yeah, well, you can ask for garlic . Why would we ask for it when it is clearly listed?? Ididn 't ask for pie crust either. Amazing how little they cared and that they made no effort to correct THEIR error. Will take mybusiness elsewhere...plenty to choose from. I am disappointed that we did not get what we ordered but I am even moredisappointed by their reaction. They lost us as future customers.

I have ordered from this place tons of times over the past 2 years , it has been hit or miss for the most part but when it?s good it?s good. That being said I am extremely disappointed with my LAST visit and it is just that ?My LAST !! We have enduredthe following and still have given them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. One time our order was completely forgottenand after 2 hours waiting for pizza delivery we had to go pick it up because The kids were starving and the order was paid butnever made until we called an hour and a half later. A couple times we called in an order for delivery and we?re given 45-1 hrtimeframe but did not receive our food for 2 hours . Many times orders have been made without key ingredients listed on themenu . Tonight we ordered 2 chicken dinners , advertised online for $28 roughly the same price as every other joint in townthat lists as a special except we were told that it was $43 and when we brought up the special advertisement we were told thatcomes with smaller portions and no salads. So they took our prepared salads right out of our order rather then just giving themto us and letting us know they don?t come with the special for future orders. BAD BUSINESS to take salads that were alreadymade and cannot be served now and throw them out rather then give to a customer that has put up with the poor service and spotty quality for 2 years and still would order 2times a month on average. 2 salads cost probably $2 , keeping a regular customerhappy after all the mishaps they have endured is priceless.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They sent us the wrong pie, which was over $20, and despite asking for a replacement twice, they refused and only offered a $10 credit toward our next order. We definitely won’t be ordering from them again. It was frustrating when they even questioned if we really wanted the correct pie that much.
