Burger King - Fort Campbell

I visited the restaurant during a busy time, so it took a little while for someone to attend to us. When my wife and I finally asked if we could place our order, the staff member's response was quite dismissive, suggesting we wait. I understood they were in a rush, so I tried to let it slide. However, I overheard her talking to her co-worker, saying she wanted to get 'those damn people' out of her lobby and lock the door. I felt compelled to share this experience because I could barely hear what she said, but it struck me as amusing that the employees were so inconsiderate that I decided to take my money elsewhere.

I met a rather hefty gentleman who scheduled a time for me to place my food order. If he hadn’t, I likely wouldn’t have been able to make it.

Four months ago, I had a perfect dining experience here. However, since then, it seems to have declined. I've ordered items like three large onion rings, only to receive old, rock-hard versions on more than one occasion. Additionally, I often find that my orders are missing napkins and condiments, despite asking for them. Honestly, if this place weren't so convenient for me, I would have stopped coming a long time ago.

I've never had a problem with them not getting my order right. The staff has always been friendly and I've never had to wait to be helped.

Sweet tea is no good. Also have trouble getting orders correct. I literally went back there for them to correct and they still got it wrong.
