I waited in line for 30 minutes only for the cashier to inform me that they only accept cash because she couldn't access the payment system. It's hard to believe that with four employees, none of them could access the single system needed to process payments. Very disappointing. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner

I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my last four experiences have left me disappointed. Each time I've tried to place an order, I've encountered employees who roll their eyes when I explain my serious food allergies and request that the grill be cleaned before my meal is prepared. I've decided not to order from here anymore. One employee even remarked, "I bet you really don’t have food allergies. You’re just being difficult." I carry an EpiPen and wear a medical alert bracelet, so I chose to walk away rather than deal with such rudeness. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Charley’s again. They definitely struggle to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Tried to pick up a door dash order. 7 minutes after the order was supposed to be completed they finally acknowledged me. Told me that they didn’t have my order. I had to wait through door dash’s customer service to get my money back. Staff cannot handle the workload at this location. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
