Aspen Grille - Fort Collins

I love eating and chatting with the students. I think they make a great job at a good price. I go as often as I can come with you!

I'm a huge fan of the Aspen Grille, a student-run restaurant at Colorado State University located in Room 388 of the Lory Student Center. This restaurant serves as a valuable learning lab for hospitality management students, where they gain hands-on experience in all aspects of running a restaurant, from food preparation to cooking and serving—how amazing is that? The salmon poke bowl I had was absolutely delicious!

I really enjoy the food and the conversations with the students. They do an excellent job, and the prices are great. I visit as often as I can!
