Ever Open Cafe - Fort Collins

A true traditional diner with folks who care! Aleshia has been our server a few times and she is such a pleasure to deal with ! The food tastes real and home cooked. Very well seasoned! By far one of my favorites spots to visit !

The chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak were decent, but we were grateful to find a restaurant open on Thanksgiving. The biscuit gravy was good, just needed a little pepper. The link sausage had good flavor but was a bit fatty. The hash browns were only cooked on one side and needed salt. The blueberry pancake was a favorite. The service was great.

We have been regulars at this restaurant for years. The food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The service is always quick and friendly. It's a classic diner with no frills, but the quality is always reliable.

The restaurant offers a casually relaxed atmosphere, delicious comfort food that you can't resist, and exceptional service that enhances the overall experience. While the French fries are good, the standout side dish is definitely the pork green chile.
