Rocky Mountain Bagel Works

I have eaten here several times in the last 2 years and the quality and accuracy of the food varies greatly. They are usually from at least one ingredient every time I order a sandwich. The staff can be helpful or grumpy. In any case, many confused orders from here. Wasn't back for months and probably won't go back. If the food is good, it is good, but it is so incompatible.

Unfortunately, it's really downhill. The bacon tastes like he was made last week and is usually fat. It's sad because they still have the best bagels in town, just don't get the egg sandwiches.

Great place for affordable and delicious bagels. I would just recommend changing the names of the veggie bagels (lunch and breakfast) so they are not so similar. I have ordered the breakfast in the number of times and with the luncheon it is unfortunately high

I would give a ZERO if I could, but the bagel was half decent so that it could be the lowest score. Except it was burned, so it wasn't even so decent. We went on Sunday 5 March at 9:30. There were a couple of people in front of us and we've never been like we've been watching the menu. There were 3 workers. A brown hairy girl in position 1, a man in position 2, and a girl in the cashier just stared into the room when she had no idea what was going on. The guy had just taken the person before us and then he said he was ready for our order. We both looked at each other and I said, Are you sure? He said yes. So one of us ordered the Ram classic, all bagel and American cheese. Before I could even get my order out, the cashier asked what we ordered and whether we were willing to pay. NOPE, the second person of the party has not even ordered. I asked the guy before the order if the bagel came with caraway seeds (Barf). He looked at me and said: I don't even know what that is, so I don't know how to answer that. It's a bagel shop, their employees should know what's on their 10 bagels. So I ordered a New Yorker (lox) with a whole bagel, hoping not a caraway. He asked if I wanted any changes, and I said Spinat Artichoke Cream cheese. We sat down and 2 Bagels were called, my and the person before us, not in our party. You forgot our first bagel. Two more groups were served first and then we finally asked where our first sandwich was. The guy said what did you do? And then maybe it started to do it, but forget again and began an order for a person with 4 sandwiches. Are you serious? The girl (not cashier) finally said, oh I will do it right away. And it came out. What an absolute joke. Don't go here. The worst employees we've ever met. Can't believe we gave them a $1 tip, they're not worth it. Thanks for forgetting our food and burning our bagels.

Really love this place, the employees are always really nice and the bagels are for the most part pretty good, but the bacon is almost always lacking. It’s usually very fatty and pretty much inedible to the point where I have to take most of it off (in the picture this was about 90% of the bacon on the bagel). I wish they would find a new supplier of bacon because the bagels are great otherwise and it’s right next to my apartment.
