Smokin Fins Fort Collins

We had tried to check this place on a Wednesday night and had been turned to a 50-minute waiting period! This time we made a reservation (high recommendation) and went directly on a Friday night. The place was busy, but the service felt a bit slow. We sat on the terrace. We tried the Calamari Appetizer and then a few of the reels and some of the nigiri. Everything delicious with interesting takes on some traditional roles. Your menu as a whole is very eclectic and has a variety of kitchens, so it feels like you have to come back several times to try everything before a true judgment. Totally satisfied!

Here divorced over the weekend and loved the Vibes. Food was extravagant and delicious. There's something about the sauce that came with every dish. Overall, the food and service is really good.

Spectacular food! The foods profile and tastes were amazing! The concert on the lawn added a wonderful atmosphere on the patio and Lindsay W was the best waitress I’ve had in years!!! 10/10!!

I got the lobster stuffed avacado (which was amazing! , the fire flower sushi roll (also amazing! , and Baja fish tacos (pretty good . The vibe with the low lights was kind of nice, the building was freezing. We got dinner on a slow Tuesday evening and they seated us quickly, got our orders in when I was ready, and food out to us quickly. I will be coming back to try the other food and to try the other sushi!

Visiting Fins was an awesome experience. The restaurant is located outside of the Foothills mall. The was an ice skating ring prior to entering with a humorous Christmas tree in the center of the rink. The food was outstanding but we were a little disappointed because their online menu had crab legs but when we arrived the wait staff said they didn 't serve them anymore. We ordered the baked lobster tater tots, the pan seared Mahi Mahi, and Shrimp Supreme entrée. Our waitress, Rachel Rad R, suggested dessert, we had the bourbon bread pudding and the apple carmel cheesecake. Both were surprisingly delicious . Thank you for a great evening
