Very slow service in drive thru (4:56). Customer service was marginal at best.
Great food and very cool employees but I ordered a chicken little combo with fries and freeze, Famous bowl, and then large fries. They forgot the other order of fries, the straw for my drink, and the spoon for my famous bowl. Very frustrating
They forgot my Mac and cheese and only gave me 10 piece chicken when I paid for 12
Was really disappointed...lack of decent service and the food was shoddily prepared. They weren't busy so that can't even be an excuse!
