Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Knox

In my many years of working in the fast food industry, I have never encountered a store that refused to sell an item because they were about to close. In my store, we always made sure to fulfill orders for customers who arrived before closing time. No one was allowed in after closing, but as long as customers arrived before then, we were happy to serve them. This kind of refusal basically implies, "You can't get your order because I want to go home." Service: 1 star.

Very incompetent, despite reading from the ticket as they prepare your order. Twice this week I’ve ordered from this location. 5 piece with two sides. First order I got 5 pieces with 1 side Second order I got 4 pieces with 2 sides Maybe one day they’ll be consistent with what’s ordered. So far the only thing they’re consistent at is being inconsistent. Service: Take out

Great service, easy location inside the PX, and my spicy chicken and cheese sandwich was surprisingly awesome.

Well the food is usually pretty good but the service on 6/3/23 at 11:00 was awful. The staff seemed unprepared at opening ant it took 13 minutes to receive my very simple order. At a military base it is normal to be on time and prepared. The staff moved without purpose or hustle. Order #36.
