Írjon visszajelzéstI have no complaints about the food; I've been quite satisfied with this restaurant compared to other Chinese places I've tried in the Fort Lauderdale area. However, my main concern is the delivery driver. He makes me uncomfortable with the expectation that I should give him at least a $5 tip. I always try to tip, but one time I didn't have enough cash, so I gave him $2, and he reacted poorly, asking why I didn't tip like I usually do. The second time, he had a new device that allowed me to choose the tip percentage, which was great! I selected a 15% tip, but he still acted annoyed and rolled his eyes as he walked back to his car. Honestly, at this point, I'm hesitant to order from you again. You really need to find a different delivery driver! We don’t have to tip, but if someone chooses to, they should be appreciated, regardless of the amount!
A group of 12 of us visited for dim sum lunch on September 21. Some of our members came from the San Francisco Bay Area, where Asian cuisine and dim sum are quite popular. However, everyone was thoroughly impressed by the quality and variety of dim sum at New Hong Kong! Every dish we ordered, including regular items, was authentic and delicious. The service was attentive and courteous throughout our meal. By the end, the bill highlighted just how great a value the meal was! I highly recommend this place to everyone, whether you're a local or just visiting Fort Lauderdale!
A long time favorite? Good food and no frills service. Good portions and the sauces are right on! Great take out Chinese! Few tables there. Lots of volume and traffic. Quick prep anf fresh food. Always good!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the pork lo mein combo, and the rice was greasy while the lo mein had very few vegetables and hardly any pork. It definitely wasn’t worth the $16 I spent. I would recommend avoiding this place, as there are many other Chinese restaurants that are much better for the same price.
I AM STILL IN SHOCK. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was mistreated and didnt even get my food. The owners treated me really horrible today because I POLITELY complained that my order was wrong. They dont understang English properly, I explained many times what Iwanted and they still made it wrong. When I got to pick up my order, I was double checking if everything was accurate before Ipay and I disagreed with the price, they overcharged me and added wrong food in my order , a woman (the owner) was very mean tome, horrible. Saying very rudely and screaming this: c 'mon, pay it up we are closed, we want to go home now . SERIOUSLY? Andthe guy, her husband, was also awful and nasty. The owner grabbed the food from the counter abruptaly and starte cursing intheir language. I walked away and went to grab pizza next door. Horrible experience. Nasty owners. The place was very dirty too.That is not how you should treat customers.
