Taco Bell - Fort Lauderdale

I’m not sure how many times I can say the word "big," and they still don’t seem to get it!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the drive-thru. The staff member I encountered through the intercom and at the window was very rude. The food was bland, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone in the community or to visitors. It needs to be addressed, and the General Manager should consider retraining the employees one by one, as this behavior should not be tolerated. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience and will not be returning or recommending this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant struggles with the basics. I can’t help but wonder if the owners are aware that they close every night. Even making a simple taco seems to be a challenge for them. It's frustrating how difficult things can be when the team doesn't seem competent enough to handle these straightforward tasks.

Food was fine, but they have to work on the loudspeakers on the drive-thru and better speaking people there as well

Cheap food at this place excellent. filled me up in no time. service treated us so nice. the prices are well within reason for the quality. menu is like a cafe in indianapolis i liked.
