Cugino's/villa Pizzeria - Fort Lee

The pizza was good and arrived hot and on time. However, the buffalo wings were breaded, which is a major disappointment. Having grown up in the Buffalo area, I know what the authentic version should taste like, and they should never be breaded. They should be fried to achieve a crispy skin, but without any breading.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and I believe they are scammers. My order was never delivered, even after I offered to pick it up myself. When I informed them that I hadn’t received it, they responded rudely and swore at me before abruptly hanging up. I would never order from them again, and I plan to file a dispute immediately.

The staff and delivery team are friendly and accommodating, but they appear to be overworked. My order arrived an hour late, and the food was cold. While that might be acceptable under some circumstances, I specifically ordered chicken tenders and they arrived without honey mustard. Is there anything worse than paying top dollar for chicken tenders and not receiving the essential dipping sauce? It’s a standard part of the meal on the menu! This is absolutely unacceptable. Honey mustard is a necessity for chicken tenders. If you list it and charge for it, you need to provide it. Based on this experience, I’d rate this place one star or less. I won't be ordering from here again.

Terrible experience. I ordered from this restaurant, food NEVER came. Called to ask about the order. They told me our delivery driver from grubhub never came I asked if I could have a refund then. That 's not our problem....that 's grubhubs problem They then hung up on me!

Will never order from here again unfortunately. ordered at 6:18pm didn?t have food delivered until 8:10pm and the pizza was cold. Hope they work on getting another delivery driver or reach out to customers if there is a one time issue and fix it for them.
