Yesterday, I sent one of my kids to buy chicken soup, but the cashier gave her Sancocho instead. I didn't make a fuss and just accepted the Sancocho. Then today, on 11/15/22, I sent my other child to get chicken soup, and he received rice with chicken stew. I called the restaurant to make a complaint, but the person on the other end was quite rude, and not only that, she hung up on me. When I called back, they picked up the phone and hung up again without saying a word.

The prices are excessively high, the staff is rude, and I found hair in my food. I'm extremely disappointed in what they consider a "good meal," especially for $14. When I called to address the issue, they hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. If you're looking for Dominican food, I recommend going to Johnny Fried Chicken instead.

This is a restaurant if you want to call it that lol, no sitting but with prices as if your dinning inn ? How do you charge double/triple the average, and you cant even eat inside lol? You would think the food speaks for it self?nope! The meal portions are half, the quality is dinner mid level. 1 empanada is 3$ lol ????
