Love how they remember there customers and there orders. Very friendly!
Went by today for the first time. Ordered the loc; the server making the bagel said the salmon was frozen they had sold out for today, so I placed another order. The Lady making the bagel said, oh I am sorry I just wanted to see your head turn. We do have unfrozen salmon. So, I had to cancel the second order and repeat the first order. Meanwhile, the line was growing longer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE This was not only frustrating to me; but to the coworker who took the order.
Slow service, which is made more frustrating by the fact that customers can see employees laughing and joking in the back while we wait way too long for service
