Mcdonald's - Fort Madison

This particular McDonald's location consistently gets 9 out of 10 orders wrong. I have lost count of how many times I have requested plain sandwiches or ketchup only, only to receive them with the extras. If anyone has food allergies, I would not recommend dining at this McDonald's.

Awful McDonald's! I travel frequently and this particular location is the slowest and never has everything in stock! Poor management.

The restaurant itself is not well-maintained, with dirty tables covered in crumbs and sauce. The soda machine area is sticky and stained, showing a lack of cleanliness. I have also encountered disrespectful employees, including a teenager at the drive-thru who was rude to me. When I went inside, I found employees laughing as if it was amusing, even the shift manager. The general manager is never available and when I needed to speak with them about an urgent matter, I was dismissed. Overall, the reviews for this restaurant are mostly negative, and the customer service, especially during the night shift, is subpar. I am surprised that this establishment is still in operation. I will be posting photos next time to illustrate my experience. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I would not give it a single star if it were not required for this review.

It was a long wait in the drive thru, but our order was correct abd the staff was friendly!

Typical as always McDonald's very nice to have them open 24 hours. Very friendly
