Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Mill

I had another fantastic experience at this restaurant! My burrito was perfectly wrapped and delicious. A large sports team arrived at 9:30 a.m. and the staff efficiently served them, despite the crowd. The team displayed great energy and attitude, with everyone wearing smiles. Don't be deceived by the rating - this place is worth a visit!

We have dined at this restaurant twice now. The first time, our salads were dressed with a mix of sweet and salty dressing. Tonight, we decided to order online and were disappointed to find that all four of our orders were missing portions and lacked vegetables. Additionally, despite ordering brown rice, our daughter received white rice instead. The rice in all of our orders was overcooked and crunchy. Overall, the food was greasy and lacking in flavor. We found the experience to be very disappointing and would not recommend this restaurant.

I hope that one day they are able to get their business in order. After our first pickup order, my burrito bowl had cold hot sauce soup and my family's other bowls were also ice cold. Despite this, we decided to give them another shot. This time, the food was actually warm, but I was disappointed by the small portions of steak in my burrito bowl. There were also several mistakes in our orders. If the owner is reading this, please fix these issues soon or your business may continue to struggle. After reading other reviews, everything started to make sense and I felt compelled to share my experience.

I've never been in a worse chipotle, honest. the place is disgusting, eating and filling everywhere. the personal is rude, they will see that they are waiting there to order and continue to speak with each other and finally to make them. the older dame has always been annoyed in the register because I used a gift card and “that was more complicated” and then if they have the ingredients they want, they have hardly any luck to get, they give the absolutely smallest portions imaginable when they are almost out of something? Don't worry about what we can scratch from the bottom. instead of just getting more luck if you want to dive. every table chair is disgusting. the one thing I can say is that they are consistent, they were so every time I left and I was a handful of times to give them a fair chance.

I am leaving one star because I can't leave any less. I waited for an hour for my scheduled picked up time of 7pm. The place was dirty, and unorganized. They had the same person making orders for the digital pick ups making the online pick ups and the walking in. Mean while 3 people in the back could have came and helped this poor kid. As expected my food as not made correctly and was missing things, my quesadillas and next to no cheese and were burnt.A complete disaster. When I asked to cancel my order, they couldn't refund me my money due to no manager on-site so I would lose my money. One hour waiting for food thats wasn't even made correctly.
