I myself and an older friend went to panera’s in kingsley for lunch and dined. the service was exemplary by leslie dan. sweet, friendly, friendly and very welcoming

I have made 3 online orders and from any reason my orders never make it in the pickup area or there was a problem with my eating. today my order sat on the counter without the name tag or even. I hadn't even considered this review, but the last three times I ordered there was a problem.

Teriyaki and broccoli bowl not worth the price. Dark meat chicken and regular size bowl is small. Any other local chinese to go is better. Staff has not learned that french onion soup without croutons is not french onion soup. Asking for extra croutons not enough, they still forget to include. Avoid curbside unless you fully inspect your order before leaving.

Grace is the most wonderful person ever! I went through the drive-thru and she was so pleasant! The customer service was outstanding! Despite staffing issues, she remained positive and the food was perfect! She is the reason I keep coming back! She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you, Grace!

Are for service. my fast track experience appeared slower than normal. I poured the last hazelnut coffee. my order included a zimtsack and a smear that lasted about 10 minutes to receive. not so fast, but I will still visit panera for the same order. I hope this evaluation helps them. it's so good.
