Oyster's Rockefeller presentation changed from the last time in; Taste was still excellent. Clams were thrilled. Maureen was great. Have the feeling that this will be a must when we are on the water and a must stop for anyone near the area.
Fish Tale is now open for business, it is located in the place of the old Fish House.... After a complete demolition and renovation of a new restaurant, this place is unbelievable...... Very nice view, food and drinks.... We will include this as a stop when we ship... Service was fantastic!!!! And the decor is really quite neat.... A must stop
My family visited this restaurant for my brother's birthday lunch during our vacation. Despite our large group of 12, we were seated right away. We arrived at around 11:15 am on a Monday in December. The ambiance was fantastic, with lovely artwork and a pleasant patio. The menu offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of seafood choices. Our waitress provided excellent and friendly service. The food was delicious. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely make a point to return to this restaurant.
I 've dined here several times, both under old and new management. The new management is on it. They are attentive and collect customer feedback at every opportunity, customer service is great, and the menu is getting better (they are adding more wines to the bar menu this fall too). My go-tos are peel and eat shrimp, seafood baskets, crab cake, and really anything seafood. The food is clean , which is rather atypical for the area as most places have fried, over-dressed, greasy food, but here I 'm left satisfied and feeling good after a meal.
My wife and I decided to sit indoors because of the heat on a 90-degree day, but unfortunately, it was just as warm inside as it was outside. The restaurant had all the windows open, making it feel like we were sitting on the patio. My wife ordered the grouper bites appetizer and I chose the grouper entree, both of which were delicious until I discovered a bone in my fish. Despite the mishap, the restaurant offered us a complimentary slice of key lime pie. However, they topped it with raspberry sauce without our request, which took away from the key lime flavor. Our server was pleasant, but overall, we probably won't return to this establishment.
