If you get them before lunch, they melt in the mouth. The spicy sauce is just... hot!

The food was delicious, and the bands are definitely worth experiencing! You can choose between mild or spicy sauce, and I preferred the spicy one. Just a heads up, they only accept cash.

Absolutely amazing! This is some of the best BBQ I've ever tasted, and I've had my fair share growing up as the daughter of a NYC boss. If you're nearby, you definitely need to make the trip here. Even the BBQ chicken is outstanding.

Everything on the menu is great!. Get down here from KY. I thought my days of big bbq ribs and personal, friendly and downhome services days were over and grateful McCarters BBQ proved me wrong with best bbq this page of Mississippi!!! 5 stars
