Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt - Fort Myers

My experience was decent, but it could have been better. Some of the toppings didn't taste fresh; for example, the marshmallows were crispy because they were freeze-dried. One of the flavors I tried, which I couldn’t sample beforehand, was supposed to be coconut, but it had more of an acidic taste that reminded me of yogurt. I had to specifically ask for a lid, and no napkins were offered. The only utensils available for self-service were spoons, where you weigh your items and pay at the counter. I’m not sure this is the kind of place that should operate this way, especially given the current times. No one seemed to clean the machines or common areas between customers. Overall, I believe they have the potential to provide a better experience than what I encountered during my visit.

The ice cream was delicious and creamy, and I really enjoyed the variety of toppings and flavors. The staff were exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. The place was also very clean. I will definitely be returning!
