Steak 'n Shake - Fort Myers

The food was outstanding! It was quite different from the Steak 'n Shakes I've visited in the past. You place your order on a computer, and they call your number when your meal is ready. There are no servers at the tables, but that didn't bother me. The food was delicious and more affordable than McDonald's.

The manager at this restaurant is fantastic! When there was an issue with my order, he went above and beyond to help me. Now he always remembers me and my blue car, which is really nice. I’m not sure what changed in the last couple of weeks, but I no longer have to wait so long for my food.

Thank you, Steak n Shake, for the delicious lunch today! It's clear that you put a lot of care into both the food and our experience. I'm already craving your Garlic Burger again. Thanks once more! We'll be back soon!

I come here nearly everyday. The food is amazing and it is always prepared fast. I visited this restaurant for YEARS, and the quality has only gotten better. Amazing employees helped me with my order and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Sure, it’s different from how it started off as, but it only made itself even better. I wish I could single handedly thank each and every employee who has crafted my delicious meals. Thank you, Steak n’ Shake.

Burger was freshly made, fries were thin, crispy and hot. Beautiful day so we sat outside and ate by the picnic tables. Picture does not do the burger justice. Absolutely delicious
