The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen

New to the area and ordered crabs! If I had known that they had such a violent selection of artisanal beers on design and can with wine and Seltzer, I would have thrown in. We ordered two Cobb salads and 3 different sandwiches the sandwiches were all delicious. And we can't wait to try them all on the menu! The Cobb salads have a picked onion on them that mimicking floral or cinnamon notes a burst of taste? I don't know, but I'll tell you you just order it. The Maple Brussels sprouts are caramelized to perfection and the garlic aoili is good on everything. Your employee Jessica was a jewel. Will be back for more of their fantastic service and many jobs in the future.

We went in without any expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by a unique and enjoyable restaurant concept. The focus is on grilled cheese comfort food and much more. You place your order and pay at the front, and then the servers bring your food to you. The sweet tea is fantastic, featuring Tractor brand tea from Iowa. We tried the red, white, and blue special for $10, which included a perfectly grilled four-cheese sandwich, tomato soup, and a side. The owner, Steven, was charming and dedicated, making our experience at The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen truly memorable. With large screen TVs, endless drink options, and a friendly staff, this spot is ideal for couples, families, and friends alike. They have a diverse menu and serve breakfast too. The Pommes looked delicious, and we definitely plan to return!

I ordered delivery from this restaurant yesterday through their website, but my food never arrived. The staff member on duty that day called the owner to investigate the situation. Shortly after, the owner personally called me from his home and took it upon himself to deliver my order. He even included a few extra muffins as an apology. Throughout the process, the owner stayed in touch with me to update me on my refund status and to find out what went wrong with the delivery service. It's rare to see an owner dedicate so much time and effort to resolving an issue like this. The food was delicious, and I'm really appreciative of his efforts to turn a negative experience into a positive one. I would highly recommend this restaurant for many reasons.

I came here for lunch after hearing about the amazing grilled cheese, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The grilled cheeses and cheese options were fantastic, and the marinara sauce was a delightful touch with the cheese curds. My only issue was with the staff; while they were friendly, they seemed to vanish when I wanted to place another order. I spotted them in the back room on their phones, rather than attending to customers in the dining area. I had to ring a bell for service, which was a bit awkward. Overall, though, I’d still recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We loved the food and friendly staff! The brussel sprouts were amazing, (I normally dislike them with a passion), crunchy, with a hint of lemon. The sandwiches were super crunchy, buttery and gooey in the middle. The garlic fries were amazing; the roasted garlic and parsley were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!
