The Lodge - Fort Myers

The Lodge in Fort Myers, Florida has a few navigational challenges, so be sure to use Google Maps to find it on First St. in Fort Myers. I recently tried the Florida feral hog entree with Carolina potato salad and apple coleslaw. The sides were tasty, but a bit too sour for my liking. The pulled pork main entree was good, with a delicious Texas style mopping sauce that was both spicy and sweet. The service from my server Becky was excellent. The Lodge is a touristy sports bar in downtown Ft. Myers, offering a good selection of moonshine for those interested. The moonshine is strong, so drink responsibly. Overall, a solid dining experience with some unique flavors.

Just super! service was great, all three were very good, especially the pig bell plank removers.

Can I just say what? the lodge is so beautiful, our waitress morgan was very professional and offered us many views of the menu and even suggestions for us. We went with fried pickles and the garnelen scampi and they were both phenomenal. many thanks to the lodge and morgan, this was a wonderful first experience and I will be back!

Eating was amazing. everyone has to get the smoked wings as an appetizer that you will not regret. I would also say that the smoked meat is generally great. I had the bisonburger and it was delicious. not a fan of mac and cheese, but the pommes were amazing. the cocktails were also amazing. everyone at the table said they will definitely come back when they are in the city

One of our favorites in ft myers fl. the **** mary is amazing; with blackening, speck, roasted puree, okra, filled olive and a lemon. bison burger was amazing, bbq huhn and ripen, mac and cheese and green beans. so good. they can reheat all foods in a lot and will take great the next day.
