Hardee's - Fort Payne

I really enjoy this place. Hardee's serves great burgers, and the updated decor is lovely. I would have given it five stars, but during my last visit, they pushed the apple cake on us, so my wife and I agreed to try it. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered there was no cake in our bag. We didn't realize it until we were quite a distance away, so we couldn't go back. If you're going to promote items, they really need to ensure everything is in the bag. We were too full to eat anything else anyway, but I can't give five stars due to this small oversight.

It seems that they have made progress with their service and order accuracy recently. The food is satisfactory. If you're considering a smaller burger, I recommend asking for barbecue sauce or another extra sauce, as the regular burgers can be a bit dry. However, this is a common issue across the chain, not just at this location. Overall, the service here is usually quite quick.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. It was a bit slow during my visit, but that didn’t detract from my enjoyment. The restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. They had sweet tea available in the lobby, and the beverage area was tidy. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there – the chicken tenders were hot, and my burger was juicy!
