Írjon visszajelzéstThe restaurant was a little tricky to find since the sign for the previous taqueria still hangs outside, but there is a notice in the window. It's not a fancy place, but the food was fantastic. I tried the pupusas, and they offered some unique varieties I hadn't seen before, like pupusas de calabaza and pupusas locas. I would definitely return. Currently, they only accept cash, but the owner mentioned they should start accepting credit cards soon. If you enjoy supporting local businesses and want to enjoy delicious food, I recommend checking this place out.
It was great for our first visit. I absolutely loved it; the food was obviously homemade. I definitely plan to return. I had a chicken torta, and my girlfriend had two pupusas with cheese and jalapeños. We also enjoyed two horchatas. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos before I started eating, so I apologize for that. I’ll be sure to update with pictures next time we go!
I discovered this restaurant while researching for a cultural immersion project at school, focusing on El Salvador. After watching a documentary where every Salvadoran interviewed mentioned pupusas as a quintessential dish, I knew I had to try them! I wasn't disappointed! This restaurant is absolutely amazing. I loved the food, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend visiting this place. I'm definitely coming back to explore more of the menu and have more pupusas!
1. eat here, we ordered the pupusa, just order something with cheese and some mix. both pupusa were pretty good, the mixture was a bit too heavy on the buzz and tasted a little dry. the cauliflower mixture was good, but there was no seasoning, the tomato sauce was great only the amount of spicy. we also had the seafood soup that was great if she didn't like spicy that could not be for her. all in all was good, we took it to go, they need to work on their time, the wait was much too long, I ordered to pick up and it took another 20 minutes after I had ordered 25 minutes before.
We always like the pupusas here, the only down side is that I wish they had the option of curtido and salsa without picante (spicy), not all of us can eat picante, other than that, they meet my expectations food wise.
