Írjon visszajelzéstOn the way to leave the city and save time, we stopped at Wingstop . Bad movement!!! Very bad move!!! I ordered online and my husband went in just to wait because one person was training and another did all the service. When my husband came out, I was happy to come home and eat. No, that's not happening!! The fat that was in the chicken was disgusting to say the least. It was not about dewatering, it was about not knowing how to cook. I removed the chicken from the container and to my horror, cups of cooking fat was down!!!! No amount of drain could help this chicken. I also ordered Fritten to remember when I said online they were covered with cheese. No, I didn't order that. I should have known that something was amiss when I saw the bags covered with oil over the outside of the bags. When I finished with the chicken fiasco, I went to the next oily bag. I opened and behold, the cookies had butter everywhere, so much that they saw through the bag. I was so angry that I was was wasting my money and my time. I made dinner for all of us.
The owner of this franchise needs to be at his business to see what?s going on. This place when it first opened was run so well. No one seems to know what they are doing in the kitchen. They also need to get there hands off their dirty phones. Been waiting 20 minutes and still no food. There is a young lady that has been waiting way before me and they don?t even know where her order is. No ice in the soda machine and the soda machine is so sticky it?s gross. The tables are sticky too. Bad attitudes behind the counter and in the kitchen. Now at a 40 minute mark sitting and waiting for my order.
We ordered ahead online so that I could swing by really quick and pick them up on my way home. It took me 30 minutes to get there and once I arrived, I waited what felt like an eternity for our food. Order was confirmed online 5 minutes before 8. Received our food at 9:05. The wings are good (if they change the oil...and we have on occasion agreed that was definite something that could improve...in which case you'd see alot of overcooked, not great tasting food) but every single time we've been here the wait has been horrendous. If you want wings, order an hour and a half before you want to get them. I wondered to myself if anyone there is making enough money to even care about their job. I know what it's like to have an employer that asks much and gives little. This place used to be good...but something about the company structure, rate of pay or management must have chased away anyone who cared long ago. Also, if you're ordering online, just know-The company's software is completely out of line with what expected wait times should be. This is a structural issue that could have saved you this awful review and many others. Fix it and we'll go again. Your lead chefs who pick product and write process on cooking the food are on point, otherwise we'd never consider coming back again. Pay people enough to CARE. Also, wings were over cooked tonight...again...in unchanged oil.
One and done, unfortunately. I went for the first time last week. It was around 3pm on a Sunday. No customers were in the restaurant. The cashier made it clear she was not happy to have a job. I placed my order, no thank you or anything. Went to get a drink, no ice, it was an ordeal to get a cup. Then no napkins, you would have thought I was asking them to donate a kidney. I waited 43 minutes for wings and Fries. Several other people came in and left after no one greeted them. One other guy came in, he ordered from home and he waited almost as long as I did. There were only to workers and one never put her cell phone down. I will say the wings were large and good. They also gave me about 3 pounds of french fries, I mean enough for a family. But there's no way I'll ever go back and that makes me sad as I was so excited to see a wing place in Fort Pierce and close to home. I know it seems impossible to get any decent employees these days. If it's that bad, I guess we should just all go back to cooking at home, maybe not a bad idea.
Tried the doordash thighstop through wingstop in fort pierce got the lemon pepper thighs and the dry rub flavor with my favorite Cajun corn thighs were good small but good alot of flavor i enjoyed it i definitely recommend u try it out it's really good.
