Mcdonald's - Fort Scott

Employees in food prep area openly eating and then without washing hands and still eating picking and putting orders in bags for customers with bare hands and no food service gloves, very unprofessional and unsanitary

Food was okay ?? but the workers didn't seem to have a great customer

Waited 12 minutes even tho we ordered ahead. Fries kinda warm. Both cheeseburgers buns were half on and smashed.

Fries were cold and price was expensive- over $11 for QP meal with bottled water.

It took forever to get our food and then the hamburger was cold. I asked for a refund. The young man that took our order was very nice and then apologetic when it was cold. He got the manager to give us a refund, the manager was very cold toward me and didn't say a word. negative experience.
