The place has went downhill since the old manager Ms.Gene passed away. The main bartender is rude and they close early whenever they rarely open anyhow.

The Icehouse has been like a second home to me for nearly 20 years, and with the recent departure of the owner, it's hard to say goodbye to this place. I've had so much fun here and created countless memories, along with making some really great friends.

I visited a nostalgic spot from my youth, which I used to know as a gay bar. It was managed very professionally, and there was a lovely lady named Bonnie who owned the place. Although I don't identify as gay, I enjoyed my time there and had a lot of fun. They also had some great pool tables, and I hope everyone appreciates the sense of community there.
