But who goes to a chain for a gourmet experience? Just crazy people who don't know a good meal from McDonald on their lap. Food on a chain is safe, familiar and nothing special. However, the service was better than expected. Basically, they didn't forget what anyone really can ask.
Great food and super cold beer woth friendly and attentive staff
Nice place! clean, comfortable the staff are great. I wasn't impressed with the quality of my food. Especially for the price and serving size. I expect the food to be properly cooked and taste good. I may or may not go again for another try. Edit.. Jan.22,2023. The company had reached out to me for more detail by email using an automated system wanting me to provide a bunch of information more work than I feel should be asked of me by zendesk . It's such a hassle for an already dissatisfied customer to deal with something in such an impersonal manner..If this was my company I surely would reach out from phone or my personal email. Just saying.. now I've recieved 3 other zendesk emails ask me the same thing...If they want to know more..either respond by phone or personal email..Not a system! I gave my honest review and now I'm being bothered by a company that doesn't care enough to reply other than zendesk..I will not be going back to give this restaurant another shot due to the lack of management's personal touch when reaching out to me. The multiple times I've been contacted by the zendesk. The amount of Info they wanted me to supply. The price of the food along with the quality and portions... The place was clean and I tipped the server for great service..
I will start by saying that OJs always has pretty nice food. That is why they got a 3, and not a 1, this time. People spend a lot of money to go to a restaurant for decent food. The service and attention to detail should reflect that price and customer loyalty. The waitress tonight was not to blame for our issues. She was too busy to properly accommodate any table's needs. This is a management issue. She took our order, and recited it back before leaving. Our order was wrong, but was brought to us by a runner, who had no idea what table's he was going to. One of our orders was completely wrong. So, I had a hot meal in front of me, while my wife had now meal and had to wait. I didn't want to eat, but didn't want to have a cold meal when hers showed up. So, I ate mine, she ate hers when it arrived. Not really how you want to have a Friday night out. These are staffing issues that are consistent in all service areas, and are really slowing us from going out for meals. It's not worth $100 to have an semi pleasant experience. We were offered a complimentary drink while she waited for her food.....but she didn't want a drink. We got nothing to compensate our patience and the staggering of our meals. These big chains have to realize that there is competition, and we choose your establishment. If you give us reasons to stop choosing you, as I see in a lot of these reviews, then I guess it makes life easier on the two waitresses that you have running ragged in your establishment.
The food was delicious but the service was awful. It was a young male, Asian I think, was the worst waiter I've had in my life. He checked on us about every 20 min. And we spent about $400 in totally between the three of us. We unfortunately decided to not leave a tip and that makes me sad. Good food, bad service
