Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I had an experience at this restaurant where the staff was friendly, especially a lovely girl at the order counter. I ordered 9 chicken fingers and requested two extra sides instead of fries, which was no problem. However, when I got home, I found that I only received 5 chicken fingers and 1 dipping sauce instead of what I ordered. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered.

Great chicken! Baked pickles were also pretty good.

My wife and I just ordered 2 salates and a basket toast. Although there were no problems with the driver, we did not get the basket of toast we ordered. I tried to call the restaurant several times, but no one will answer the phone. Moreover, we did not receive information about the driver and cannot contact them to let them know that we lack an article from our order. we are extremely disappointed about our experience tonight.

I received AMAZING service and the drive thru was extremely packed!! Kaitlyn (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was super polite and nice! She had great customer service!

This is a great restaurant! Food is fresh, place is clean, and staff is polite. The dining room was closed due to STAFFING reasons, not COVID, as someone in the reviews mentioned. Waiting in the drive thru including a wait depending on the food and the length of the line, as well as the amount of people working. At times, only one person is running a job for multiple people, so you have to cut some slack. If it bothers you so much, either put in an application or don?t go. They try their best to make it work and the food is always worth it each visit.
