Capital Chicken And Waffles

I finally received my order nearly two hours after placing it. What I got was the most disappointing excuse for children’s waffles I've ever encountered. The waffle had the consistency of a pancake, and I’ve seen more meat in a chicken nugget!

The chicken and waffles together with the banana pudding was terrible. The guy said the banana pudding was the bomb. It was a bomb, but not the bomb. We couldn't swallow the chicken and even with the syrup on the waffle I just couldn't get it down. Please, perfect your chicken and waffles. You all just have to take banana pudding from the menu all together because it was baaaaaaad! The only thing that was pretty good was customer service, but I feel honestly as if I had given away $15 for free because the food was not good at all. I fed the rest of the waffles to the birds and they wouldn't even eat it.

They came to Parq 170 for a food truck event. We absolutely loved it. The customer service, timing, people, and food were all on point. We even went back for seconds. Hope these guys come back! ?

A one because delivery was great that was the only thing good. THE FOOD VERY sloppy, no taste THIS IS NOT CAPiTOL CARRYOUT that used to be on Branch Avenue! NOT GOOD AT ALL! The food was mushy and sloppy. I could have cooked my own food and saved the money. Then they have the nerve to have a 25% service fee; they should pay me that 25% service fee to eat this.

I called to inquire about the location of the food truck, and I was completely disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. When I called, I received a very dry "Hello." I asked if it was the chicken and waffle food truck, and the response was simply "Yeah." I then asked where they were located, and the person on the other end openly questioned why I needed to know. Why on earth would you respond like that? You sell food, and I'm interested in trying it, but after that interaction, I have no desire to anymore. It was just incredibly rude. I wish I didn't have to give a rating at all.
