Red Lobster - Fort Wayne

The food at The Dune was fantastic! I got the three-course meal, which was large enough for two people—there was more than I could finish. The endless shrimp option for $22 was excellent. Our waitress even surprised us with cookies! However, there was a mix-up with my order; I didn't receive what I had requested. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I got home, and since I had already left for 30 minutes, I didn't want to go back to get a replacement.

When the food finally came, it was average—nothing special, but nothing terrible either. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took us a total of 1.5 hours to get in and out. We noticed several waitresses standing around, which was frustrating. On top of that, with our two 5-year-old children present, we were surprised to overhear some staff members using vulgar language in their conversations. Some of them were even sitting in a booth, doing homework and discussing their graduation from Manchester College. At least one waitress wasn’t discussing dark topics like some of the others, but it still felt inappropriate. Given our experience and the $93 bill before tip, we’ve decided we won’t be returning. It’s clear that this place has changed and is not what it used to be. Lesson learned.

On my most recent visit, I used that gift card to try the Baja Shrimp bowl. For the price, it wasn’t too bad, but something felt off. When I asked about the ranch sauce that was supposed to come with it, I was shocked to find out it wasn't included. I even checked the menu photos, which confirmed that there should have been a sauce. Overall, my experiences have been disappointing, and I wish the service and food quality were better.

Food was decent, but not my normal Red Lobster visit. Looks like they made the parts smaller than my last visit. I had the ultimate surfing and lawn. They forgot part of my meal and never cooked it. The service was absolutely terrible. Instead of admitting, they did not cook it and offered a discount. You take it out after we have finished all our meals, then I had to ask for a discount to make it. It took an hour to get our cheques, then we had to go home. When I had a big meal and remained over half of it, you thought that would have been healthy to offer. I hope they do better the next time.

It's been awhile since the last time I've have been here but I'm glad I came today it was very good. The new York strip Steak was very good . The coconut shrimp ? was awesome. The service was great ?. Sorry but the only complaint is the tables are to small need bigger tables. I couldn't fit everything on the table it was crowded. But anyways I will be back I'll just put things on my seat.
