Long wait times to get to your table but once at the table staff use a device to put the order in as they get it from you so it speeds it up a bit. Burgers were really good and there were a wide variety of gourmet burgers. They have bottomless seasoned fries that were very tasty. Here's a secret! Get a side of Campfire sauce to dip them in. We tried the Burnin' Love Burger and the Southern Charm Burger. Both were delicious.

The food was fairly good—I'd rate it a 7.5 out of 10. However, the staff wasn't very friendly and seemed a bit unpleasant. It wasn't particularly busy during our visit, so I don't think they were just having a bad day. The food arrived hot and tasted great, but it took a long time to get our drinks and fries refilled—even just once. I likely won't be returning anytime soon. While the food was satisfying, the service detracted from the overall experience.
