Went from a 5 to a 3. Not because of just tonight but in general. This location is extremely , least in the drive thru. Tonight I didn 't check my bag and they completely forgot to put my daughter 's meal in the bag even though i was charged. I got home and had to drive back while my family got to eat. Please work on attitudes, saying my pleasure isn 't enough.
Customer service was ok not as fast as other chick fil a I have been to.
Never a bad experience, and customer services is always great
