Chicken Express - Fort Worth

The manager was very nice and talked to me while I had to wait for fresh fries. Some of the other team members also spoke to me while I was waiting. The food was fresh and hot, although I went 45 minutes before closing. Compared to other chicken expression, I was too far the best. I'm going back.

I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant tonight on 10/10/22. I ordered an extra roll and cookies with my meal, but both were missing. The woman at the window, who seemed to be under the influence, insisted that they were included in the meal. I had to eat at home and found that the chicken was dry, tough, and overcooked. I also did not receive a bag for the fries, and it looked like I only received about one-third of the fries I ordered. This was the worst chicken I've had in town.

09/03/22 Every time we are here? recharged fresh, hot chicken prices for old, dry, crust less chicken. You can give an additional fee for the folk form of payment that you should include when the chicken is not. It's a miss every time and this will come to this place our last time. I cannot recommend this place!!!!

$21 for a 3-piece fish and 3 tenders seems a bit steep, especially considering the extra charge for tartar sauce. Additionally, it was concerning to see that neither the employees nor managers were wearing hair nets, and even the air conditioning worker was allowed in without one. This is something that should be addressed in the operation.

Beware of additional fees!!!! This store is trying to squeeze consumers. Chicken Express on 124 McPherson BLVD Fort Worth Texas is now charging a fee if you use your debit or credit card. After reviewing my receipt I called the store to speak to the manger. She told me that I needed to speak to the owner if I wanted to discuss the fee. I asked her, when could I speak to the owner and she proceeded to tell me that the owner was never around. She was very rude when I asked her questions and hung up on me.
