Chick-fil-a - Fort Worth

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. Even though it was busy, our food arrived promptly. The staff was friendly and amusing. Christopher, in particular, makes the most amazing Sunjoys. They’re so good, they’re bound to brighten your day!

The grandkids absolutely love this place! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I’ve noticed that the drive-thru service is getting quicker and quicker, while dining inside usually means you’ll have to wait a bit longer for your food. Overall, the food is outstanding: 5/5!

I visited the restaurant today, Thursday, at 2 PM. The woman at the register was unpleasant, despite her attempt at a smile. I couldn't quite tell if her teeth were black or green, but she definitely needs to see a dentist. On a positive note, the lady who refilled my drink in the dining area was fantastic—I'd give her a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed to have a strange vibe. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

There's something bad to say about Chick-fil-A! Your food is great, the service is great! I feel like they have the best customer experience in the fast food industry. Food: 5/5

This Chick-fil-A has literally got to be the worst one ever. The fry’s are always over cooked and cold. They won’t give you more than 2 sauces per meal (even though I offered to pay for 1 more sauce, because I know I use 3) and they just have the snarkiest employees with attitude. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this one, and today will be my last. This Franchisee should really look at it.
